For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, the sensitive personal data that we collect are the following:

c) Proof of Address
d) Bank Account Statements
e) Data on union affiliation
f) Migratory data

For what purpose we collect and use your personal data?
Primary processing of personal data
Your personal information will be used mainly to provide the services and products you have requested and to perform the obligations we have contracted with you, such as:
- Those derived from intermediation in insurance or bond contracts entered into in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws of the competent authorities to which we are subject.
- Those originated in the intermediation to provide service, maintenance, renewal, support and advice during the contractual relationship between the owner and the insurance or surety company as well as support in claim reporting.
- Comply with any obligation derived from a present or future legal relationship between the holder and the insurance or bonding companies with which you have a contract.
Secondary processing of personal data
Secondarily, personal data may be used for any of the following activities:
- Notify you about new services or products that are related to those already contracted or acquired;
- Communicate about changes in them;
- Prepare studies and programs that are necessary to determine consumption habits;
- Carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality;
- Evaluate the quality of the service we provide.
You will have a period of 5 (five) business days to express your refusal to process your personal data for secondary purposes, counted from the receipt of this Privacy Notice, communicating the above by sending an email to der_arco@fidex.com.mx.
If you do not express your refusal to process your personal data for the secondary purposes described above within the period mentioned above, it will be considered that you consented and accepted the use and processing of your personal data for said purposes; however, this will not prevent you from exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data ("ARCO Rights") at any time and express your refusal to process said data, communicating the above by sending an email to der_arco@fidex.com.mx.
The refusal to use your personal data for these secondary purposes may not be a reason for us to deny you the services you contract with us.
Transfer of Personal Data
We inform you that Fidex, in order to fulfill the primary purposes and the contractual obligations that have been agreed upon, will transfer personal data to the insurance and bonding companies with which the contracts have been agreed. The consent to process and transfer personal data is made on the basis of Article 10, section IV and Article 37, section III and IV of the Law.
The third party that receives the Information must previously assume the same obligations regarding the handling and care of the Information that are established in this Privacy Notice.

If you do not express your refusal to transfer your personal data for the purposes described above, the transfer of your personal data for said purposes will be deemed consented and accepted; however, this will not prevent you from exercising your ARCO Rights at any time and expressing your refusal to transfer such data, communicating the above by sending an email to der_arco@fidex.com.mx.
Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, not consenting to the transfer of your personal data for the purposes indicated above will imply that we cannot provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.
Procedure to exercise ARCO Rights:
You have the right to access your personal data that we have and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, whether they are being used for purposes not authorized by you or that the contractual or service relationship has ended, oppose their treatment for specific purposes, or revoke the consent you have granted for the processing of personal data collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of said rights are through the presentation of a written request sent to the Administration Management, responsible of our Privacy Department, to the email der_arco@fidex.com.mx.
Your request must contain at least the following information:
- Name of the holder or personal data and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;
- The documents that prove your identity (copy in printed or electronic format of your voter's identification card, passport or FM-3) or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the holder (copy in printed or electronic format of the power of attorney with the autograph signature of the holder, the representative and their corresponding official identifications - voter's identification card, passport or FM-3);
- The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights, and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Personal Data of the holder.
- In the case of requests for rectification of Personal Data, the respective holder must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports its request.
Fidex will respond to your request within a period of (five) business days from the day your request is received.
Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.

Procedure to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data:
You may at any time revoke the consent you have given for the processing of personal data collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice. For this, it is necessary to submit a written request sent to the following email: der_arco@fidex.com.mx.
Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.
Your request must contain at least the following information:
- Name of the holder or personal data and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;

Fidex uses cookies on its websites, which are small amounts of information that are stored in the browser used by each user so that the server remembers certain information that can be used later. This information allows us to identify you and save your personal preferences to provide you with a better browsing experience. Our software and the data we collect are stored on servers in a private network owned by Fidex within the AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud, which comply with various security protocols. Additionally, the Site has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate as a security standard for Internet connection, to establish an encrypted link between a server and a client.
